Well, I'm hoping I've discovered the cause of all my ISOs (server hardware problem). Apparently, NTWS is a little more "sensitive" at picking up the file-handle problem than 95, since it was picking them up before 95 did. But this hardware problem may have been occuring for some time now, and it probably explains other mysterious increasing server hangs and Event Log errors over the past few months, too.
Dang, so close, too - I have a new 733 MHz/1 GB RAM/cache/dual processor server due in any day now. I currently have something I call a backup server, and it will have to do until LAN repairs the PDC, but the backup's a whopping 75 MHz/40 RAM machine. Ladies and gentlemen, fasten your seatbelts...
