hi bill...well, i got my program to call the report writer. now on to another mystery....whenever it's called from my program, it gives me a messagebox that says "frsavesbt.mem" already exists, and asks me if i want to overwrite it. i can select no, and then the report will launch and everything is ok. but i can't get that messagebox to go away. i guess i could always just tell the user to click "no" every time. :) any clues? have you seen this before? tia
