There's got to be something below novice for people who won't go near a computer at all thinking that it's impossible for them to learn.

You also need categories for people who "poke around" and create little disasters, then those (like me) that like to "experiment" and break and then learn how to repair things. Then you need some category for the obedient types who won't open C:\Windows because the warning says not to.
