Hi David:
From what I've heard so far, having VFP in the CLR will negate any advantages VFP maintains over other non data centric languages. So, its not really an issue anymore. IMHO, it not worth wasting any more energy on.
We need to stop debating the pros and cons of having VFP in the CLR and start focusing on how we can transition from VFP to C# or VB. The writing is on the wall! CLR is the future and VFP is the past. The good news is MS is giving us plenty of time to get up to speed on the new stuff.
