Erin,

Is this a stand alone program or are you calling it from the "Custom" pad within SBT? If you are calling it from the custom pad, you need to do it exactly as the book describes, making a small program and that does your report request and calling that program from your menu pad. If you call the fr.fxp directly, it gives you the exact message that you are seeing.
