I have 2 tables and am appending some (or all) data from one to the other (using the "append from" command). What I notice is that the ftp file in the source table is about 7.5KB while the ftp file of the destination table (which was empty) after appending all records is over 4MB. This seems rather strange and hopefully I'm doing something really inefficient...
