Umm... I don't think there is a keyboard service. Is this a production machine? Cause you might need to slap a new one on there and just *gulp* hard reboot it... Try a different keyboard. Or do you have remote administration enabled? Maybe you can get in and see what is going on that way.

PS - I don't recommend that you hard reboot that machine unless you ABSOLUTELY have to. NTFS is notorious for FS corruption due to sudden power downs.
