We would normally think that the pointer shows the watch only when the mouse is over the save button but apparently the code I execute during the save keeps the system busy enough that it doesn't update the pointer. The pointer is restore only at the end of the routine with MousePointer=0 even if I mouve the mouse after I clicked the button.
