LOL. When I lived in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), I looked out the balcony of our apartment during one torrential downpour and saw a VW Beetle trying to drive up the street and over the hill. There was so much water flowing down the street from the rain that the Beetle, which somehow had managed to get about half way up the hill, ended up floating back down to the bottom of the hill. I can't imagine what the driver must have been thinking (or saying!) at that moment.
