Do you have to do this procedure every time you preview a report?

I'am trying to use the report preview as a display and print window instead of having to provide a form and a report that looks the same, but Having problems with the report view not showing all lines correctly. Line may be split. Ugly.

When you scroll, the ugly disappears. Also need window to fit report exactly or it looks hoakie.

Any suggestions?
