Hi Rachel,

The best and longterm solution is to slightly modify the table, which you use a datasource for your form.
1. Select the table and go to design view.
2. For the field that holds the code on the look-up table choose datatype "Lookup wizard".
3. Make a form and choose your table as the datasource of the form.
4. drug and drop the field that holds the code on the look-up table on the form.
