Drew Speedie's modifications to Ken Levy's SuperClass utility do what you're looking for. That is, if I'm understanding you correctly, you get one PRG/Text file with ALL code, each marked by its source class.

You might see if Drew has released this to the public domain or if he keeps it as an integral part of his product...
