There is a toolbar called _rtfcontrols in the _format.vcx in the Fox Foundation classes.

It is a toolbar that can be used with rtf controls.

You can see it by opening up the Component Gallery, go into
Visual Foxpro Catalog\Foundation Classes\TextFormatting,

and look for an item with the caption "RTF Controls"

You can Right-Click the item and choose View Sample and either open or run a sample of how to use the toolbar.
