So, that is the reason. Grid builder code works on odd/even record numbers and they are messed up if the table is indexed.

What would be the best way to handle a grid in that seniro?

I not sure how to properly detect a click in the grid either. I used the click event but it does not seem to fire. AfterRowColChange seems to fire, but I would like it to process only if the cursor was on the first column when the click is recognized.

How can I accomplish this?

Where is the best place for reading about the order in which these events fire and why they fire? The VFP Doc does not help me much. If seems to be written for those who already know VFP. (At least in my mindset.)
