My queries work great when the data and program are on a local drive. They are terrible on the NT and Novell servers. I need help with server performance.

Hi Dennis,

We have the similar problem here. All queries run significantly slower than old FPD programs. There is also a noticable delay between running a query and showing a progress bar of actual query. I don't know, how to explain this delay, because it persists even if all tables are open. Our tables are very large (~4mln. records) and they have lots of indexes, including deleted() index in all tables. SET DELETED is ON.
