Well, after this morning, I am not so sure you have to create a new setup for SP4 if your previous setup included the SP3 runtime libraries. I have an app running under SP3 runtime, and I just put out a recompiled app under SP4. It is running fine under the SP3 libraries.

My vfp6run.exe is still dated march 26, 1999, but the vfp6*.dll files have a May 11, 2000 date. You probably should provide a new setup created with the new libraries.
