Hi,

I'm pretty sure that it's as stupid as it can get but I can't seem to figure out how to do the following:

I have a drop-down list on a form that's filled using an SQL statement. On another simple list, when the user clicks on a specific item, containing the name of an employee and it's department number, I'm putting the name in a textfield and I want the corresponding department to be the selected item in my drop-down list. I easily added the name as the textfield value but I can't seem to select my department. My drop-down list is always empty (i.e. nothing selected, there are elements in there).

How can I fix this?
