One way would be to print the reports as attachments, then when you have determined that all reports for a particular recipient have been generated, send the last one as a fax and attach all attachments which you have accumulated to the cover page. There are DDE's for the attachments. You just have to design a scheme for naming the attachments and later recalling them when you actually send the fax.
