I couldn't find that book but it would certainly apply for some people working here (and I not kidding).

My immediate manager has 25 years of experience as an analyst and he still does not understand the differences between databases, tables, and indexes (don't talk about normalization around here). It's very sad but they do pay me a prenium to continue consulting here <bg>.
