Thanks for the update, Markus.

An interesting thing I've found about good speakers...

Some of your best speakers and teachers aren't necessarily the best at what they teach or speak about. Moreover they are good communicators, which is far more important to their audience than their level of expertise (although that helps). I've known people who are geniuses in their field but they couldn't teach me a damn thing because they had lousy communication skills.
