I quote: "The KDevelop-Project was raised in 1998 to build up an easy to use C/C++ IDE (Integrated Development Enviroment) for Unix. Since then, the Develop IDE is publicly available under the GPL and supports KDE/Qt, GNOME, plain C and C++ projects.
You can find it at http://www.kdevelop.org
As I said, an awesome tool. It also includes version control, debugger, html help generation, and references to C++ class libraries and api's and Qt class libraries and objects, and an application framework. IMO, it is the best GPL GUI RAD tool for Linux on the planet.
