>I have considered that option, but I don't know of a good way to create the reports as attachments. The best option that I have come across so far is to use the program to "print" the reports as rich text format files. This would actually work okay, other than the fact that I haven't had much success with the rtf converter for foxpro actually working right. Do you have a recomendation for doing this?

>>One way would be to print the reports as attachments, then when you have determined that all reports for a particular recipient have been generated, send the last one as a fax and attach all attachments which you have accumulated to the cover page. There are DDE's for the attachments. You just have to design a scheme for naming the attachments and later recalling them when you actually send the fax.

I'm gonna make another pitch for RightFax. It's not the prttiest thing in the world, but it's reliable, has a reasonably simple user interface and uses embedded codes in the report. If you had multiple reports, you could write them to a file, concatenate them and then copy the resulting file to the RightFax print server.... (RightFax, Inc.)
