This is usually caused by installing the sample application in multiple directories. To fix this problem you need to delete the information for the old directory from the Windows Registry:
1. Launch RegEdit from the Windows Start button
2. Delete the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER|Software|Oak Leaf Enterprises Solution Design, Inc|Project Manager
After deleting the key, run the sample application again. It should prompt you for the location of application data and you should be up and running.
