APPEND GENERAL myPictfield FROM C:\MYPICT.BMP CLASS PICTURE
Where PICTURE is the class of the OLE object for such files as BMP, JPG ect.
Look at the APPEND GENERAL command in the on-line help for determining the CLASS of the object.
