Yes, I actually printed out the relevant section and dissected it. My runtime.hlp lists the export destinations and export formats in \Windows\Cyrstal, and I actually copied "all" of the files just for good measure (my original install only copied a subset).

I do believe it is related to a driver (somewhere), but the runtime.hlp in my view leaves a little to be desired, when you consider that the charting engine indicates the files be installed in \program files\seagate software\shared. Copying these files to \winsystem solved that issue.

I did also try copying a few other files I orginally deemed "unecessary". I am still unable to have the HTML 3.2 and DHMTL 4.0 options available for export. The word and excel export works fine. The HTML must have another "hidden DLL" somewhere other than the U2FHTML.DLL.
