I have been asked to write an outbound fax server COMponent that can be called and manipulated from a C++ DLL. The highest priority is queue control and status monitoring, as these outbound faxes are are time-sensitive and urgent. My program will need to discern if a fax failed to transmit, and then either reschedule it, route it to a different fax number, or notify an administrator. Outbound fax volume is expected to be modest - fewer than 100 faxes per day.

I would need to have this done within about 4 weeks, and it will be initially used in France, and later throughout Europe and N. America.

Any recommendations (or warnings) about 3rd party libraries to accomplish this? I am open to all suggestions, including WinFax Pro, ZetaFax, RightFax, FaxServe, FacSys. I have combed UT historical messages for prior discussions and comments from fellow members, and would like some up-to-date feedback.
