You should check out the articles in the October and August Virtual Foxpro user group newsletter. There are articles on working with the Animation Control and you should be able to translate them to VB pretty well.

The October article teaches you how to create your own .avi files to use in the animation file. It also directs you to a web site that is full of avi files for programmers.

You can see the files at www.vfug.org. If you don't have an account there you can set one up for free. Hope this helps.
