Keep wishing. THe internal AddressOf functionality is not present even in the Tech Preview of VFP7, so you'll need to resort to using STRUCT or CLSHeap.

One major improvement in VFP7 will be the introduction of an Object data type in DECLARE...DLL, which will permit you to pass back a COM interface to VFP and have it usable directly by VFP; Calvin demonstrated this in his Active Accessibility session at DevCon. It elminiates a tremendous amount of code I use now to pass back an ActiveX interface via an API call now.
