NT 4.0 won't install a VFP 6 netsetup having used Setup

Yes, I have administrative rights to do almost whatever. I can assign user-rights to some extent, yet not create
groups or add to them. Yes, it's kind of stupid, but that's how I'm setup. On an older version of NT 3.XX I did get
some cryptic message about being or not being the administrator. However, I have always been able to install
under the same login name.

When I recompiled under VFP 3.0, our HelpDesk was able to install yet I am still unable. For now my only
fix is to keep the program under 3.0. Could it be that my networking department changed some of my rights
that I'm not aware of? (Yes, I know it's bad English).
