No, VFP report writer cannot output to HTML. I think that if you convert it to Adobe Acrobat Writer format you can output to HTML or use a different report writer like Crystal Reports.

The other alternative is something that someone else here on the UT mentioned that sounded like a great idea - hand code your report output in HTML. That might be the most straightforward approach anyway.
