There is an embedded command language for rightfax, which allows to send faxes,
it works with all types of print output, even text files, word files, excell files etc,

all you need to do is put in your fox report the following command

and make sure that the font for these two fields are set as system type,-printer native fonts like currier... (no true type fonts dont work for embedded fields. )


the print your report, to the rightfax printer and its sent. thats it.
somewhere in your form, or prg set up something like
set printer to //server/rightfax printer or whatever you have called your rightfax printer on your network, I call it HP lj3 fax.

Or you could send your report, as an ascii file to an email address and let exchange, convert it, but to me thats a real hassle, ..
