I would like to provide remote support for a client's network. They currently run NT4 Server and Win9x workstations. Access is currently dialup, but I'm hoping to bring in DSL soon.

Of course, I'll need to access the server for administrations tasks, and also the workstations. There are perhaps 6-8 workstations involved. Although this is the first client with these needs, I suspect a few more will be interested.

I know about PCAW, but haven't used it for years. What are you folks using?
