Rick,

As Julie mentioned you can use a picture of the pre-printed form. To do this, set it as wallpaper on the "back" of your report and position the controls in the right places to "fill in" the form. You will need for the "wallpaper" to stretch from the header to the footer, and as Julie said, you may need to fiddle with it a little to make it look good.

Now, if you have the form in a Word DOC you can make a copy and fill in the fields by OLE Automation and then save and print the DOC. If you're going to try this you may want to post additional questions in the OLE Automation section.

>O.K., I know I'm reaching here, but does anyone know if it's possible to call a digitized form/report file from within a program and therein fill out the form's/report's required information or blanks and then have it print? I've been surprised before with many useful comments. Thanks Rick
