Hi!

Use following command
copy to ... delimited with ' ' with character ','

Looks like this is most appropriate, however, you will see spaces around character field, like in sample data below:
441,8, CCITY , CCITY , CCITY , C ,25,0, ,F
I tried space(0) instead of ' ', but VFP generates error. When place '' - VFP will add single quote.


>I have 3 fields in a table that are char fields and i'm using a view to access my information and using this to write to a txt field and put put this record into the text as delimited fields.My problem is when i write these field to the text file as delimited i cant have these fields in "field"Im unable to change the table because it is used by other programs.Any suggestions on how to get rid of these "" before i write to my text file.
