Is there some way to differentiate between when a page loses focus because the user switched pages and when they switched to another form?

I've got some code to refresh the cursor in the ACTIVATE, but I don't want it to run when the page comes back from a pop up form like a pick list. It does, however, need to run when the user switches to another page and back.

Any ideas?
