Randy,

Well my client talks about one or two clients, so'll guess that the bandwidth should be fine (128 Kbps). I won't be installing metaframe (or Winframe) but any advise is welcome, in case they screw up by installing the thing...

thanks,

Walter,

From my experience with many client installs, a 56K digital circuit, be it frame relay, point to point, or whatever, is good for 5-10 users, depending on what they are running. Just watch with the drive mappings, if the server has its drive letters changed to something other than C:, then when users log onto Citrix C: gets mapped to their local hard drive. If you have the usual PROGWORK, etc. settings to C: then it will be writing all that stuff over the WAN link.
> I have installed MetaFrame with VF apps before, VFP3.0 was horribly slow without a good bit of bandwidth. 5.0 was much more friendly, and 6.0 was fastest of all, which should not really be a surprise given the focus of improvements among the various versions.
