Looks like your SCX file corrupted. Try to open it as DBF file and look how many records with 'DataSession' class. If there are two of them - here is a problem. If there is only one - something wrong with its definition.
Sometimes (I'm not sure - did not tried it), deleting of both data session records from SCX (and PACK after that) helps.

Today I was struggling (yep, can not find a better word :)) with one of my old project and first time noticed, that its form creates 2 private DS (2 - called unknown and 3 - called by name of the form). Form releases just fine, but has some other problems, which I have to chase down.
