Don't worry about things you have no control over. Do your best, and if that doesn't suit them, get another job. There are thousands of computer jobs out there and we are in the drivers seat. Give them the information they need and demonstrate that keeping you is in their best interest. Make it hard for them to get rid of you because you are good at what you do. (If you are)
