I am encountering an error when I try to add a field from the repository to a table (using version 5.1h). During the updating process the following message appears

Error#: 13
Message: Alias is not found
Line#: 86
Code: lcField=field(lnl,lcALias)
Method: Validate
Object: BASEMGR

The field is added to the table, but in the sdtvmeta file, the replink is marked .F. I can hack the table and get things straightened out. (Earlier, I found every field in the table had had its replink set to .F., but this seems to have stopped??)

I am using SDT with VFE and everything else seems to be working OK.

One other thing. I'm not sure how renaming a field in the respository is suppose to work, but here is how it is working when I do it.
- The field in the repository is renamed
- the linked fields in tables are not renamed
- the replinkfld in the sdtvmeta table reflects the new name
- if I restore the original name, the replinkfld is changed, but
- the prevname is not.

I guess how I would like for it to work is for the field to be renamed in all the linked table fields as well as in the repository. I haven't thought about the impact of the prevname and realname fields in the meta table yet. Is the observed behaviour reflecting the design goal? Thanks.
