I just started testing this and it don't work.
What you have to do is something more complex.
You can in the mousemove events set or reset the mousepointer
But you have to consider that there are a lot of different places where the mousemove event van fire
in the grid itself
in the column
in the control itself
in the header

so you have a lot of work

You also can do something with a tranparant control whith floats above the grid, but that also needs a lot of coding. And i don't think it works very good.

But for what reason do you want to change the mousepointer?
