There are two computers
1. The Export Server which has SQL Server 6.5 Databases
2. The Import Server which has the SQL Server 7.0 Installation

I logged on both servers as the administrator. I have also set passwords for the SA on both SQL Servers.

After doing all of that I still get the very same error.
