There is but they require complex structures so you need Christof Lange's Struct class or Ed Rauh's Clsheap class to access them. A better approcah may be to use Active Directory Services Interface (ADSI) which provide a COM wrapper for these calls. You can find more informatio at MSDN or check out any of Ed's messages and go to the cWashington site in his signature block.
