Sorry for not understanding, but what do you mean.
If you want all the controls reside in the first page of the pageframe, just select all the controls.
Then cut them into memory.
Then right click on the pageframe.
Choose edit.
Click on the first page.
Right click and choose paste.
Now all your controls are on the first page of the pageframe.
