Doug: I didn't ask for a free datatabse product, just for a cheaper one. In the way, I found that there are some free and some cheaper than MSQL Server 2000 for the purposes I want to use it, and success histories of individuals that have used it in similar projects. So i think that my duty, as consultant-developer, is to give the customer the best ROI I can find for him. Do you agree? Or I should throw MSQL Server 2000 at al cost, even if ther is a cheaper and succesfull alternative solution?. For this question, I agree with Joe.
