Search for similar question here related to SQL server. Last two week there were plenty of discussions on this topic, but server was SQL Server, not Oracle. Things on SQL Server are the same - VFP thinks that Memo is large text, not binary data even when it is binary memo, and general is BLOB (image on SQL Server). When you try mix them - you got error 'incompartible types'.
