Since I sent you the last message I have figured out that it is doing just what you said, except that is keeps doing it even after I have made it wide enough to accomodate the scroll bar. I have narrowed it down to the fact that it happens when I make a change to the form. If I do not make any changes, it keeps the width I have set, but the second I make a change (move an object, add an object, resize an object) it changes the width of the form to just short (about the width of the scroll bar) of the farthest right object.

I really think it may be a bug.
