Actually, I try to be open-minded about it... truth is, the VB approach to errors is just plain different than the VFP approach. It's a different mindset. Most VB programmers expect to do some local error handling anyway, so the idea of having to add a call to some other process to every method doesn't seem so daunting. VFP programmers seem more comfortable with Global handling, and local handling just as an exception process.....
