AFAIK ZENWorks is a Novell client-side tool (perhaps the actual network client itself) used to reduce administration chores. As will all Novell clients, they need to be recent and configured carefully to avoid corruption problems, typically by caching data locally without updating the server. Do a search here for earlier threads that may outline which client parameters you can reconfigure.
