If you have an installed base, plan on visiting each workstation or using the VFP report writer (which I have developed a new appreciation for since working with Crystal). It's too bad Microsoft doesn't invest additional time into it...it has a lot of potential with having to go to DLL hell.

You are oh so right about DLL Hell! Watch out updating MSVCRT.DLL, there is a MSVCIRT.DLL that has to stay in synch with it, and you can break alot of stuff if the two don't match! Note that VFP6 uses MSVCRT.DLL but NOT MSVCIRT.DLL, so if you update just MSVCRT.DLL - Bang! - big trouble. :(
