Houston Brennan has done a lot of work on this. The question is do you need to worry about holidays? I have modified Houston's code a bit to handle holidays that fall on a weekend. But the only holidays I use are those specified by the Federal Reserve ('acause I work for a bank). You could easily adapt to your needs I would imagine. Let me know if you would like the code.
